Where We Ship
We currently ship to all major towns and cities across South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media to stay updated.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Delays
Cotton & Kind is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always do our best to keep you informed.

Our Promise
At Cotton & Kind, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
When You Can Return
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item does not match the description on our website
When We Don't Accept Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Wrong size ordered — please check our size guide before purchasing
How to Request a Return
- Email us at lithasicreative.com@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the item
- We will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, we will provide return instructions
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

We accept secure payments via EFT. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Cotton & Kind does not store your payment details.

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.
